At the end of the day, the living room invites to put your feet up and stay in. Settle into the sofa or one of the cozy armchairs by the fireplace and relax with a movie on the smart 65” TV.

Kitchen. You will love making meals in the thoughtfully designed chef’s kitchen with new high end GE Cafe appliances, including an induction range. There is dining table for 6 and counter seating for 4.

Living room. Cozy alpine charm with vaulted ceiling and a towering wood burning fireplace. Fire wood is just a phone call away. I hope you will enjoy choosing your next turns on the huge ski area mural on the wall. Deck with sweeping mountain and ski area views.

Master bedroom. Located upstairs. Mountain Views. Fall 2025 brand new king size bed with a medium firm mattress. Mountain mural takes over the entire wall. The window opens to the living room below. Master bathroom. Spacious bathroom with tub and shower combination. It is accessible from the hallway.

Second bedroom. It is located on the main floor, accessible from the hotel hallway or with a spiral stairs from the upstairs. 2 double beds and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. 55” TV. Keurig and a small fridge.

Third bedroom. Upstairs. 2 double beds. En-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

At Beaver Run, most everything is close by, but if you don’t feel like walking, take an advantage of our free private shuttle.

There is City Market in town.

Ski Rental shop is right by the lift.

Paid Parking. Beaver Run provides a parking spot in their heated garage for an additional fee. The fee is higher during the ski season and lower the rest of the year. Please check for current pricing.

Clubhouse. The main clubhouse is in building 3. You can also use the pool and hot tub in building 4.Please note that it’s managed by our homeowner association and we don’t have any control over the experience, operating hours and possible closures.

Occupancy. Maximum occupancy is limited to 10 guests (staying or just visiting). The condo is ideal for a family get-together. Absolutely no parties.

Quiet Hours. Quiet hours from 10pm – 7am are strictly enforced.
