Four O’Clock Lodge

If you are looking for ski in/ski out, charming romantic getaway in the heart of Breckenridge, with balcony overlooking babbling creek, look no further.

This is a tiny stylish studio (280 sq.ft.) with a privete balcony directly  facing a creek (not a road or parking lot) and 60″ wall mounted TV.

It’s in an easy walking distance to Main Street, Snowflake Lift is pretty much across the street and you can ski all the way back to the condo via Four O’Clock run.

You will have access to the Upper Village Clubhouse with an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (off-site).

The condo comes with free parking for one car.

There is a king size bed with down bedding, 60″ flat-screen TV, reclining loveseat.

The kitchenette is equipped for light meals. It has a sink, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. It’s stocked with dishes, glasses, and cutlery.

The bathroom has a  glass shower with travertine tiles.

There is also a small dining table there.

Our balcony oversees a babbling creek (just a few feet away) and partially the Four O’Clock Ski Run.

The bed has a new (2024), medium-firm Sealy posturepedic mattress with luxury down bedding  and is facing a big wallmounted TV.

Internet. Free basic internet and live channels are provided through Dish Network.

Parking. Free outdoor parking for one car. Wi-fi. Basic wi-fi through Dish Network is provided.

Washer and Dryer. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer at the property.

Easy, contactless check-in.

The condo is in a fantastic location. Nested in a quiet part of Breckenridge, yet easily walkable to Main Street with all shops and restaurants. The Snowflake Lift is pretty much across the street (1 minute walk) and you can ski back all the way to the condo via Four O’Clock Ski Run.

Easy access to trails and the bike path that will connect you with about 50 miles of maintained paths throughout Summit County.

Animals. Our son has asthma. No animals of any kind.

No Smoking. Also no smoking in the condo or anywhere around the building.

Parking. The condo comes with free parking for one car on first come first serve basis in front of the building. Per our HOA, oversized vehicles, campers and trailers would have to be parked off-site.

Clubhouse. The Upper Village Clubhouse is managed by our homeowner association and we don’t have any control over the experience, operating hours and possible closures.Generally, the clubhouse is open from noon till 8pm (check for the current hours). The clubhouse is generally open from Memorial Day till Labor Day and then during the regular ski season.

Internet and TV. Internet and TV service is provided by Dish Network. The service may not be reliable at all times.

Ski Resort Access. The Snowflake Lift and Four O’Clock Ski Run may be closed in the very beginning and end of the season. During those times, there is a bus stop, just pretty much across the street that will take you to Peak 9 or Gondola. It’s a quick, about 3 minute ride.
