Downtown getaway right in the middle of the historic Main Street in Frisco.

This nice one-bedroom condo is ideal for a couple or a solo adventurer, but will also accomodate a family with kids. Feel the energy – boutique shops, local cafes, live music and seasonal festivals are just a steps away.

Easy access to slopes – there is a bus stop just a couple blocks away which would take you to Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. Keystone, Loveland and Vail are just a short drive away. Our condo is a great base to enjoy everything Frisco and Summit County has to offer.

Spacious one-bedroom condo with full kitchen, large living room, dining table and separate bedroom. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. Full bathroom features a shower/tub combination. Living room faces Main and 4th Street, while bedroom is set back towards the courtyard.

Close to the lake – just a few blocks from Frisco Bay Marina.

After a day of adventure, you can soak in the hot tub in the courtyard. It’s a community hot tub, but there are only four units there.

The condo is located on the second level – stairs must be climbed.

Parking. Free outdoor parking available for one vehicle.

Hot Tub. Shared outdoor hot tub in the courtyard.

Internet. Fast and free Wi-Fi in the unit.

One-bedroom one-bathroom condo located above the shops and restaurants in the heart of beautiful historic Main Street in Frisco.

Full kitchen, dining table and large living room.

Grocery Stores. Safeway, Whole Foods and Natural Grocer are just a few minutes drive away.

Ski and Bike Rental Shops. Several ski and bike rental shops are conveniently located nearby, a few right on Main Street.

Lake Dillon. On the other side of  Main Street (or a quick 2-3 minute drive) lies Frisco Marina and access to Lake Dillon.

Bus Stop. There is a bus stop right on Main Street which offer easy connection to Copper Mountain on one side drives through Main Street and then to the transportation center.

Bike Path. The recreational bike path is pretty much just across the street. Just turn down Creekside to the left and then just across Main Street you can access about 50 miles of maintained paths throughout Summit County.

Ski Resorts. Ski enthusiasts will love the condo’s proximity to six world-class resorts: Copper Mountain (10 minutes), Loveland, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Keystone (15-20 minutes), and Vail (30 minutes).

Parking. One car can be parked in the lot behind the building.

Hot Tub. There is a hot tub in the courtyard. It’s a common hot tub, but there are only four units in the complex. Please note that it’s managed by our homeowner association and we don’t have any control over the experience, operating hours and possible closures.

Occupancy. Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests (staying or just visiting). The condo is ideal for a couple or a couple with kids.

Quiet Hours. Quiet hours from 10pm – 7am are strictly enforced.
