The goverment restrictions tightened in the recent years.
The requirements varies by jurisdiction, but please contact us and we will explain everything you need to know in regards to your property.
We can also help to fill out the paperwork and submit application for the license.
Who do the guests contact if they have an issue or need help?
They would contact us directly.
We encourage all guests to contact our 24/7 on-call service and respond to their requests promptly.
Our team answers guests’ questions and helps with lockouts and essential maintenance.
For bigger issues, we work with several licensed contractors, such as electricians, plumbers, and mechanical companies.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, you don’t. We aim to impress you with our results, not hold you hostage.
All of our contracts are cancelable at any time.
I love to ski and I would like to come as often as possible. Would I still be able to use my property?
Absolutely. You can block off as many days as you like online at any time (as long as there is no other reservation on the calendar).
How often will I receive rental income payments?
We generate a detailed statement and send your commission by the 15th of every month.
You can choose if you would like us to make a direct deposit to your account or we can send you a check.

You will get access to your owner online portal.
In the portal, you see the calendar and all the statements and you will be able to block off dates for your own use.

Generally, short-term rental insurance covers guest liability, property, and theft coverage.
Your current insurance policy may exclude coverage for business use. Please make all necessary adjustments to ensure that vacation rental activity is covered.

Yes, you will have the option to participate in our property damage program.
