Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, you don’t. In fact we don’t believe in holding someone a hostage by a contract. Our goal is to prove ourselves, so you wouldn’t have to look for someone else and leave. All of our contracts are cancellable anytime for any reason.

I love to ski. I love to come as often as I can. Would I be able to still use my property?

Absolutely. Obviously, the number of blocked-off days for owner’s use will impact your total income, as long as there is no previously made reservation you can block-off as many day as you like.

How often would I receive my money?

We send commissions by the 15th of every month. We can make a deposit to your account or send you a check.

What’s included in your fee?

Everything besides maintenance. We cover all marketing and advertising fees and provide linen, towels and guest supplies. We do not periodically charge the owner for linen replacement. Even the credit card fees are included.

What’s your fee?

With the new technology, I believe that the time when property management companies charged over 30% is long over. We charge a very reasonable fee, depending on your property, it starts at 21%.

What’s the catch?

There is no catch. I’m an owner who rents my own property. I love it. The owners we work with and guests who stay with us give us glowing reviews. We would love to help.
