The Seasons at Keystone

If you are looking for a peaceful location, a 2-minute drive to the lift, hot tub, and river views, look no further. This bright and airy condo is tucked away, but close to everything.

There is a bike path and bus stop by the main road, a hiking path around the river, and a path to the lake under the windows.

Our 3 bedrooms allow you to spread out and the open-concept main floors bring everyone together. Gas fireplace, balcony, and washer and dryer.

Seasons at Keystone is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create unforgettable memories.

Enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace or cozy up on the couch with your favorite movie or a show. Have your morning coffee al fresco on the balcony overlooking the mature pines and listen to the river below. Walk to the Lakeside Village for winter ice skating and summer paddle boarding. You will feel right at home with a well-organized kitchen.

There is a dining table for 6 to enjoy a homemade meal. Find your happy place in this two-level, corner unit 3 bedroom condo. It sleeps 6 people privately and 8 maximum. All the furniture is brand new in fall 2024.

Parking. The condo comes with free assigned parking spot for one car. A guest parking spot may be available on first come first serve basis.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

Clubhouse. Relax in the community hot tub after you adventures. There is a grill, fire pit and a steam room.

Living Room. Nice living room with a wall-mounted tv, vaulted ceilings, cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa with a Tempur-pedic mattress. From here, you can access a private balcony with a grill, small table and 4 chairs to enjoy the views.

Kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table for 6 or right at the kitchen bar.

Main Bedroom. The vaulted bedroom is upstairs, with peak-a-boo views of the lake, it features a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink, and shower/bathtub combo. There is a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom.

Second Bedroom. Upstairs bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed and a closet for your belongings, and a wall-mounted TV. The bathroom with a shower/tub combo is accessible from the hallway.

Third Bedroom. Equipped with a queen size bed, dresser and TV. It is located on the main floor, with a bathroom accessible from the hallway.

Washer and Dryer. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Enjoy the premium location at The Seasons at Keystone. A quick 2-minute drive to the slopes (Mountain House). Easy 2-minute walk to the lake. A very quiet setting, overseeing pines, and unlike many other properties, away from the highway.

Have fun and create memories on the Keystone Lake. You can ice skate during winter season (they set up a nice Christmas Tree) and or even play some hockey. Paddle boat, fish or just sit and enjoy the lake during summer.at in the summer. Lakeside dining is just on the other side of the lake.

If you don’t feel like walking, there is a bus stop on the main road, right behind the clubhouse.

There is a bike path right at the edge of the property. You can explore not just Keystone, it will lead you to Dillon and Frisco and if you are a good biker you can go all the way to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or even Vail.

Parking. There is one designated parking spot right in front of the unit. Another spot may be available in one of the guest parking spots on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Clubhouse. The clubhouse is managed by our homeowner association and we don’t have any control over the experience, operating hours and possible closures.
