The Seasons at Keystone

Beautiful condo set in a quiet part of Keystone with a deck facing trees. Close to everything with very easy access to the Keystone Lake. A trail and Snake River pass just down below. A bike path passes through the property. Very close to Keystone’s Mountain House Base and the lifts.

A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Access to a clubhouse with an outdoor hot tub and a steam room. A gas fireplace and a work desk are also in the living room.

It’s an ideal base for a family to explore everything Keystone has to offer.

There is a king bed in the main bedroom. It has a wall-mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is ideal for a couple of youngsters with two twin beds. A roomy full bathroom is across the hall with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.

From the living room, you can walk out to the patio surrounded by mature pines. Bring a book and listen to the birds and the water. Or step out (or snowshoe) onto the path to the right through the woods and along the river.

A 65-inch TV anchors the living area for live TV or a relaxing movie night. Add to the cozy ambiance by turning on the gas fireplace below or sliding open the rear doors to listen to the river flowing. There is also a work desk there.

We love the location. The condo is in a quiet part of Keystone, yet close to everything.

The Keystone Lake is a nice five-minute walk with no streets to cross. During winter, you can ice skate and fish or paddle boat in the summer. They set up a beautiful Christmas tree during the holidays. Lakeside dining is just around the other side of the lake.

The bus stop located just across the street offers an easy connection to the Keystone’s Mountain House Base and the lifts. Please note that it loops around the town on the way there, but we are the first stop on the way back. If you like, it’s a quick 5-minute drive to the River Run Village’s free parking lot.

The bike path passes right through our property. It connects you with about 50 miles of maintained paths throughout Summit County.

Parking. There is one designated parking spot right in front of the unit. Another spot may be available in one of the guest parking spots on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Clubhouse. The clubhouse is managed by our homeowner association and we don’t have any control over the experience, operating hours and possible closures.
