Bike path, hiking trails, Keystone Lake, Snake River, Lakeside Village and conference center are just a few steps away.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is homey and inviting. Perfectly situated within walking distance from the Keystone’s world-class skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking trails. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the action while still maintaining a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Take advantage of the complex’s amenities, including pool, hot tub and sauna. In the winter, enjoy the ice skating on the lake and in the summer, rent a paddle boat or SUP. After a day of outdoor activities, relax and rejuvenate in the comfort of our home away from home. With free parking available, you’ll have the freedom to explore the area’s nearby attractions, including the charming Keystone Village, shops, and restaurants. Breckenridge, Frisco and Copper Mountain are just a few minutes down the road. The Keystone Conference Center is also just across the street for guests engaging in weddings or events.

The bedroom is furnished with queen size bed with plush bedding and TV with live channels. Wake up to breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains with large picture window.

Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of spectacular!

A wood-burning fireplace in the living room adds to the ambiance, creating a supremely cozy atmosphere. With two comfy couches to lounge on you can rejuvenate for your next adventure.

One of the couches is a sleeper. There is a tub/shower combination with doors for privacy. His and her and his sink areas are on each side of the bathroom.

You can also prepare your own delicious meals in the fully equipped galley kitchen. We have a nook with 3 leather chairs and small table to enjoy your meals.

We love the location. The condo is on the quiet part of Keystone. Close to everything.

The Keystone Lake is just like a two-minute walk. During winter, you can ice skate and fish or paddle boat in the summer. They set up a beautiful Christmas tree during the holidays. There is also Lakeside dining there.

The bus stop is pretty much in front of the building.

The bike path is right in front of our building. It connects you with about 50 miles of maintained paths throughout Summit County.

Parking. The condo comes with one parking spot in front of the building (garage is not available).

Clubhouse. The clubhouse is managed by our homeowner association and we don’t have any control over the experience, operating hours and possible closures.
