The condo will be ready for your check-in anytime after 4pm at the day of your arrival.
Upon your arrival, please check in at the Vacasa front desk in the main building. They will be expecting you and will provide you with unit keys and a parking pass.
From there, drive your car into the underground garage, all the way to the bottom floor. At the stop sign, take a right and use your keycard to pass through the gate. Continue almost to the end, and look for the green elevator on your right. You can park in any available spot.
Take the elevator to the fourth floor (use your keycard to gain access).
You will be staying in unit 1409.
Check-Out.
Your check-out time before noon on your departure date. We appreciate your timeliness. Our cleaning lady may have to start cleaning the condo right at that time.
Please:
From Denver International Airport (DIA), take Peña Boulevard to I-70 West. Follow I-70 West for approximately 90 miles to Exit 203 for Frisco.
From the Frisco exit, head south on Highway 9 toward Breckenridge. Stay on Highway 9 for about 10 miles as it winds through the scenic valley.
As you enter Breckenridge, stay in the left lane. After passing the roundabout, continue straight on Main Street through town.
At the third traffic light (after the roundabout), you will see Main Street Station directly ahead. Take a slight left, then your first right to reach the entrance. Check in at the front desk.

There is a regular drip coffee maker and Keurig slim.
Pool, Hot Tubs, Steam Room, and Gym
All amenities are located at or by the main building. All amenities are located in or around the main building. To access them, take the elevator to the main level, then turn left twice as you exit. Take your room keycard.
The gym, steam room, and two outdoor hot tubs are situated on the ground level of the main building.
You will also have access to the outdoor pool with another three outdoor hot tubs. There is also a grill there. The entire pool area offers picture-perfect views of Peak 8 and the ski slopes.
Towels are provided by our homeowner association.
Use of these facilities is only at your own risk.
The closest lift is the QuickSilver SuperChair, located at the base of Peak 9. Exit the building on the back side and walk around the pond directly to the lift. This lift will take you higher up the mountain, giving you access to Peak 9, Peak 10 or Peak 8 via Peak 8 SuperConnect.
Charter Sports, located in the main building on the Plaza level (next to the pool), offers complimentary storage for your equipment (skis, snowboards, and boots). Please refrain from bringing skis or snowboards to the condo.
We have a locker for shoes there. The key is hanging on a hook by the door.
One car may be parked in the underground garage (in the gated section). Please display the parking permit on your dashboard.
Please respect our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
The dumpster and recycling bins are located in the garage—just around the corner to your right as you exit the elevator.
Please don't contaminate the recycling bins.
The fireplace is operated using the wall switch located on the right.
Please do not tamper with any components inside the fireplace. The pilot light is designed to remain lit at all times (except during summer when it is turned off).
The condo is located right in downtown Breckenridge and pretty much everything is within walking distance. However, if you like, you can hop on the Trolley for a scenic ride along Main Street or to the Gondola.
simply walk through the plaza between the two buildings visible from the balcony, and proceed to the main road. For the most up-to-date schedule, please visit breckfreeride.com.
The Trolley also stops at the Ice Rink. Besides skating, you'll find a short, easy trail from the rink that leads to Isaak the Troll.
The condo is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
Driveways and walkways may be icy even after they are shoveled or plowed. Snow or ice may fall from roofs at any time. Please be careful.
