Awesome clubhouse with pool and hot tubs the whole family will love, only a few steps away.  The home is designed to bring people together on the large open main floor, while giving each guest privacy when needed. It is end unit condo with extra windows flooded by natural light. The main floor offers plenty of room for family and friends to rest and enjoy time together. Cook a delicious meal in the full kitchen and enjoy it at the dining table for 8 and counter seating for 4. Play a board game in the living room with comfy sectional, large TV for movie nights, and cozy gas fireplace. Or in the summer, unwind on the patio around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. The patio is not fenced so moose frequently wander through by the creek in the mornings. A fox may want to join you for breakfast on the deck. Please do not feed him!

Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, so everyone can spread out and enjoy their privacy.

The main bedroom is furnished with comfortable king size bed, live channel TV with streaming options and an armchair if you need a quiet moment to read a book. You will find her and his sink in the bathroom, and the steam shower is awesome after a long hike.

The second bedroom is bright and airy, corner suite with extra windows and a huge balcony, which gets lovely afternoon sun to bask in, as well as evening sun for al fresco drinks. There is a sitting area with pull out sofa and TV in the suite (live channels and streaming options), and a desk if you need some work done.

Down the hallway you will find 3rd bedroom with queen bed, also a corner one with extra windows, and 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds.

The condo is in a great location. In the heart of Summit County with an easy access to the highway. Very close to everything.

Safeway, Whole Foods and Natural Grocer are just a few minutes drive away. Several ski and bike rental shops are conveniently located nearby, some right on Main Street.

On the other side of  Main Street (or a quick 2-3 minute drive) lies Frisco Marina and access to Lake Dillon.

There is a bus stop right on Main Street which offer easy connection to Copper Mountain on one side drives through Main Street and then to the transportation center.

The recreational bike path is pretty much just across the street. Just turn down Creekside to the left and then just across Main Street you can access about 50 miles of maintained paths throughout Summit County.

Ski enthusiasts will love the condo’s proximity to six world-class resorts: Copper Mountain (10 minutes), Loveland, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Keystone (15-20 minutes), and Vail (30 minutes).

Parking. One car can be parked in our private garage and up to three additional cars in the parking lot.

Clubhouse. The clubhouse is located just across the street. Please note that it’s managed by our homeowner association and we don’t have any control over the experience, operating hours and possible closures.

Occupancy. Maximum occupancy is limited to 10 guests (staying or just visiting). The condo is ideal for a family get-together. Absolutel no parties.

Quiet Hours. Quiet hours from 10pm – 7am are strictly enforced.
