HOT TUB

Hot Tub

The clubhouse is located just across the parking lot. It’s operated by our  homeowner association, and we don’t have any control over it. Use at your own risk.

In the condo, there are striped towels for the hot tub. Please do make sure to bring them back to the condo – we have no way to collect them and would have to charge a fee for missing towels.

The gym is on the other side of our building (take right as you walk out of our condo).

Our homeowner association has a BBQ grill in the courtyard.

TIPS AND FAQ

Where can I park my trailer?

Our homeowner association does not allow to park a trailer or an oversized vehicle at the property and they would issue a fine.

The town of Frisco offers some overnight parking options. Please see off-site overnight parking options and rules here.

Parking on the streets within the town of Frisco is strictly prohibited.

Are there towels for the hot tub?

We provide the gray/blue towels for hot tub. They are under the bathroom sink.

Please don’t forget to bring them back as we have no way to collect them. Our cleaning lady would have to charge for replacement.

Best Pizza?

Giampietro.

But there are so many great restaurants right on Main Street. See the guide.

Furniture.

To protect the flooring and save us time upon your check-out, please don’t move any furniture around.

Thank you so much!

Toilet and drain.

Toilet paper only, please.

No paper towels, napkins, diapers, baby wipes, feminine products, trash, etc.

Kitchen Drain.

No bones, no fats oil and greases, no coffee grounds, no eggshells, no peelings and starchy foods, no nuts, etc.

A professional drain company charges around $300/hour. For some reason, it always takes more than an hour.

Can I get a late check-out?

As much as we would love to say yes, a late check-out can be complicated by the arrival of the next group.

Please check for availability at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.

I have a suggestion.
