Thank you for choosing our condo for your stay. We’re excited to have you here and hope you have a wonderful time.

We’ve created this Welcome Book to give you all the information about our home along with some tips to help you make the most of your time here in Breckenridge.

This place means a lot to us and we kindly ask that you treat our home and our neighbors with the utmost care. If anything isn’t quite right or if you need an assistance, please let me know.

PRE-ARRIVAL

Grocery Stores

There’s a City Market conveniently located right in town.

If you’re looking for other options, there is a Whole Foods, Natural Grocer, and Safeway in Frisco.

There is also  a Walmart in Frisco and a Target in Silverthorne.

Airport Shuttle

A few companies provide shuttle service from DIA to Breckenridge. See which one you like the most:

  • Epic Mountain Express
  • Fresh Tracks Transportation

GETTING INSIDE

Directions

From I-70 West take Exit 203 to Frisco.

Head South on Highway 9 towards Breckenridge.

Once you pass the Breckenridge welcome sign, stay in the right lane. Continue to the third light intersection where you turn right onto Ski Hill Rd (at the second light intersection, there will be City Market on your left). Continue on Ski Hill Rd for 1.5 miles. You will see Crystal Peak Lodge on your left side right after you pass under the Gondola.

Park on the circle in front of the lodge and get your key from the lockbox.

Once you get the key, enter the garage on the side of the building and park as close to the first elevator as possible. Take the elevator to the third level and take right as you exit the elevator.

You will be staying in unit 7310.

Parking

One car can be parked in the underground garage. Please place the parking permit on your dashboard.

For additional parking options, visit https://www.breckpark.com/overnight-parking. Parking on the street is not allowed within the town of Breckenridge

Access

There are lockboxes by the main entrance to the lobby.

The day of your arrival, anytime after 4pm, please go directly to Crystal Peak Lodge.

You will receive your code in the afternoon the day of your arrival, prior to your check-in.

Park on the circle in front of the lodge and as you enter through the first door, you will see a cabinet with lockboxes on your left side. Our lockbox number is 7310.

After you get the keycard, park in the garage, ideally close to the first elevator. We are on the 3rd floor. You will be staying in unit 7310.

If the condo is ready a little earlier, I’ll let you know as soon as I hear from our cleaning lady.

Beaver Run Resort is one of the most sought-after destinations in Breckenridge. With true ski-in/ski-out access, full resort amenities, and a prime location, it’s a great vacation spot.

HOME INFO

Heating

The heater is operated by the thermostat in the living room.

In case that the building runs too warm, please open the balcony door or a window.

AC

Condos in Breckenridge and across the entire Summit County are not equipped with air conditioning.

Windows are used to let the cool mountain air in.

Even in July, nighttime temperatures often drop into mid 40s.

Trash

The dumpster and recycling bin are located in the garage by the door out.

Laundry

A coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the second floor.

From the condo, take a right. At the end of the hallway, take the stairs up to the second floor.

Ski Storage

The Beaver Run SuperChair is located right behind the main building.

If you like, the shuttle will take you to the gondola.

The ski storage is located in the main building, close to the lift. As you walk over the bridge, look for a door on the right side. The stairs will lead you to the ski storage. The key is on the hook in the condo on the main door.

TV

There is a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. The TV in the living room is connected to live channels and a FireStick. The TVs in the bedrooms have only FireStick.

The FireStick will let you log-in to your favorite entertainment provider. 

Living Room.

Live channels are on HDMI1. FireStick is on HDMI3. Change input directly on the TV (the button is on the left bottom side of the TV).

Main Bedroom

Live channels are on HDMI2. FireStick is on HDMI1. Change the input directly on the TV (the bottom is on the right bottom side of the TV.

Fireplace

The fireplace is operated with a switch on the wall on the left side

. Please do not tamper with anything inside the fireplace.

The pilot light is designed to stay on all the time.

CLUBHOUSE

Hot Tub

There are two outdoor hot tubs behind the building. Take the elevator to the first floor. As you exit the elevator, turn left. The entrance will be on your right when you pass the lobby. There is also a gym and game room with a pool table.

As our guests, you also have access to the amenities at One Ski Hill Place. There is an indoor pool, hot tubs, a bowling alley, and a theatre. You can take the shuttle to get between the properties. The bowling alley and the theatre require a reservation. Please call (970) 547-8800 or stop by the front desk at One Ski Hill Place. For the best chance to secure your reservation, please call sharp at 7 am to make a reservation for the next day.

Use only at your own risk.

To access amenities at Crystal Peak Lodge, please use your keycard. For amenities at One Ski Hill Place, stop by at their front desk and ask for a key.

Sauna

Gameroom

There is a wood-burning fireplace in the condo.

Wood is provided for free – if you need more, just call the front desk.

They can also bring some firestarters.

GETTING AROUND

Shuttle

To reserve and track our private shuttle go to Track My Shuttle. Tracking ID: beaver.

Alternatively, you can call (970) 453-6000 or dial 0 from the room.

Bus

You are welcome to use our shuttle. Please download “BMMA Shuttle” application to your phone.

The code is BMMA5023

. When you click Request a Ride, it will direct you to the nearest shuttle stop and provide you with an estimated wait time.

If you prefer, you can also call them directly at (970) 547-8888.

Ski Area

TIPS AND FAQ

Do you have a ski locker?

Yes. The ski locker is located right in the lobby.

If you prefer, you can store skis in your car.

Please do not bring skis and snowboards to the condo. Thank you.

Is there a daily maid service?

Linens and towels are provided, but there is no daily maid service.

A laundry room is located on the second floor by the elevator.

Where can I park my trailer?

Our homeowner association does not allow to park a trailer or an oversized vehicle at the property and they would issue a fine. I myself have to follow their rules and I’m unable to make an exception.

Only one car per unit is allowed. Additional cars, large vehicles, RVs, campers, trailers, etc. would have to be parked off-site.

The town of Breckenridge offers some overnight parking options. Please visit Breck Park for more information.

Parking on the streets within the town of Breckenridge is strictly prohibited.

Are there towels at the pool area?

There are no towels at the pool area.

We provide the gray/blue towels for use at the clubhouse.

Please don’t forget to bring them back as we have no way to collect them. Our cleaning lady would have to charge for replacement.

How can I get to the Gondola?

The Gondola is 0.7 miles from the condo.

It’s a nice walk either through Main Street or the River Walk Center, but if you don’t feel like walking just take a bus.

The bus stop is on Park Avenue. Take right as you walk out of the building and continue to the intersection with Park Avenue where you take right again. The first building on the other side of the road is Park Avenue Lofts and the bus stop is right in front of it. Stop number 11. On the way back, the bus stops right in front of the building. Stop number 12. It’s the Brown Route.

Furniture.

To protect the flooring and save us time upon your check-out, please don’t move any furniture around.

Toilet and drain.

Toilet paper only, please.

No paper towels, napkins, diapers, baby wipes, feminine products, trash, etc.

 

Kitchen Drain.

No bones, no fats oil and greases, no coffee grounds, no eggshells, no peelings and starchy foods, no nuts, etc.

 

A professional drain company charges around $300/hour. For some reason, it always takes more than an hour.

Can I get a late check-out?

As much as we would love to say yes, a late check-out can be complicated by the arrival of the next group.

Please check for availability at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
