Welcome to our family mountain retreat! This two-bedroom condo is centrally located with easy access to all Summit County has to offer. Walking distance to Lake Dillon and a short drive to five world-class ski areas. Don’t forget to enjoy the community hot tubs after playing in powder all day!
Our condo sleeps 6 comfortably. It’s bright and sunny, cozy, clean, and updated. The living room is furnished with a comfy couch and two chairs – just the perfect space for reading, watching tv or playing games by the gas fireplace. I hope you will enjoy the vaulted ceiling as much as we do. Step outside on the sunny deck for a glass of red while you grill something tasty on your private bbq. Finish cooking your dinner in a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area with seating for 6.
The owner’s suite has a queen bed, private balcony, and large bathroom with his and her sinks and marble shower.The guest bedroom has a solid wood custom queen over queen bunk bed. It fits nicely under the vaulted ceiling. The guest bathroom with shower/tub combo is located in the hallway.
