Nice ski-in two bedroom plus loft condo (1200 sq.ft.) just one block from historic Main Street and only two blocks form the Gondola.

Two private bedrooms plus loft with its own bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, It’s located in a very safe neighborhood on the back side of the building – no noise from the road and view of Peak 8. It’s just a block from Main Street and two blocks from the Gondola. The condo is on top floor in a building with elevator.

The condo sleeps 8 privately and 10 people maximum. There is queen bed in the master bedroom and loft and bunk beds in the second bedroom.

There is a 32″ TV with live channels and DVD player in living room.

Hot Tub. Community hot tub is professionally maintained and open daily until 10:00pm.

Free wi-fi in the condo.

Skiing. The condo is located on Four O’Clock Run, so you can ski pretty much all the way to the condo. The easiest way to get on the mountain is to take the Gondola.

Shopping and Restaurants. Historic Main Street with all restaurants and shops is only a block away. There are factory stores in Silverthorne (about 30 minute drive).

Parking. There is free parking for one car in the carport or anywhere around the building 

This condo is clean and it’s a great budget/affordable accommodation right in the heart of Breckenridge. It’s a great option for all the amenities, proximity to town and everything Breckenridge has to offer.
