Nice one bedroom condo right in the heart of Breckenridge. There are trails on the back side of the building, yet it’s only 2 blocks from Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located. There is full kitchen, 65″ TV and fireplace in the living room. You can step outside to a large balcony and will have access to a pool, hot tubs and sauna.

Unbeatable Amenities
Hot tubs. There is an indoor and outdoor hot tub right in the building.
Sauna. Dry sauna.
Pool. You will also have access to the clubhouse across the street. There is outdoor heated pool, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub there. The clubhouse is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the ski season.
Ski-in Ski-out. The Quicksilver Lift is right on the back side of the building. You can easily ski all the way to the condo in the end of the day or just for lunch.
Downtown. The historic Main Street with all shops and restaurants is just 2 blocks away.
