This private house is popular among travelers. It offers an incredible location to explore all that this beautiful little town has to offer. Step back in time and sit by the fireplace under the vaulted ceilings in this home. Spend your afternoons on the sunny deck overlooking the ski area. Short stroll to Main Street for all your shopping and dining and less than a block from the free bus stop to take you to the slopes.
Main floor:
Inviting living room with gas fireplace and two comfy chairs, dining table for 6, full kitchen and the owner’s suite is located on the main floor.
Let your inner chef come out and cook for your loved ones! Bright kitchen features tile countertops and a 5-burner gas stove with upper and lower ovens.
The owner’s suite offers a quaint little bedroom with a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, large bathroom with antique sink, shower/bath combo with Mediterranean style tile, and a huge double window with blinds.
Lower level:
You will find the second bedroom, sitting area, and bathroom on the lower level.
The sitting area is furnished with a leather sofa sleeper and love seat – just the perfect space for reading, watching tv, or playing games. There is a desk too if you need some work done.
The washer and dryer are located on the lower.
Free outside parking for two cars in the driveway right in front of the house. Quiet, safe location off Harris Street with a private deck and views of the ski area.
The home is located on Harris St, right in the middle of Breckenridge, pretty much everything around is walkable. The historic Main street is only 2-3 blocks away. There is a bus stop right on the corner of the street if you don’t feel like walking. The bus is free.
Everything that was advertised and more! My son and I stayed at this property for a week on a ski vacation. Everything was outstanding. The property is located less than a block from the free bus to the gondola. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the owner.
Great location. Great views. This property is ideal for its location to downtown Breckenridge. All the shops, restaurants, bars are only a 3 to 5 minute walk. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to cook. The back porch faces downtown Breck and provides great views of the mountains.
Fabulous three days. The house was centrally located in Breckenridge and was as spacious and well appointed as we could have hoped. We were fortunate to have great snow all three days and a comfortable place to come “home” to each night – highly recommended!
