We had a great stay in Breckenridge. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Will stay again!

The house was beautiful and the views amazing. It was clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and the hot tub was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this townhome. Daniel was a wondeful host, check in was a breeze, and he was quick to reply to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The location was perfect. The home is walking distance to the bike trail and Dillon Reservoir. It is also centrally located between Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone resorts. The townhome itself was immaculate. The full kitchen allowed us to eat in and save some money. The bedrooms were perfect for our family with a toddler and new born. – David

A wonderful centrally located home/condo in Frisco. The end unit with extra windows was a bonus allowing better air circulation than the typical condo. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels. The only staples were salt and pepper, so bring/buy what you need. We would not hesitate to stay here again. – Karen

Very nicely equipped three story condo. If you cook the place is all setup with an upscale kitchen, ice maker, filtered water, etc. The bedrooms are great, this was my first time to use a sleep number bed and the bunk bed in the other bedroom really is a queen or double on bottom. Nice to have a washer/dryer and garage. It’s located across the driveway from the indoor pool, handy for a short winter walk. We would stay again. – Scott

This house is as-advertised in the best way. The views are gorgeous, the house is stocked with everything you’d need (hot tub towels, shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms, spices and oil for cooking, etc.) and we just generally had a great time. It’s quiet and relatively secluded, but only a ten minute drive to town. Daniel was also very responsive. A great choice overall! – Katie

Great location, walk out the garage and you’re at the facility’s pool. Nice home, great location to bike trail and walking trail as well as Starbucks and grocery store. There are steps so we brought a gate to keep our little ones from having any issues. There is a pack and play in the home which is handy. We brought our own but then we could have one on each floor for containment purposes :^). We would stay here again especially for a summer vacation! – Kelly

The room/floor setup was perfect for travel with our toddler – allowing us to put her to bed early upstairs, then make a late dinner using the terrific kitchen, have a drink, and watch a movie on Netflix (via Chromecast) at night. – Ryan

Daniel’s home is Better than Perfect.The location, the decor,his newly remodeled kitchen. Everything is top of the line. We felt so at home . We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Great location and facilities. The one issue was that upon arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned. Daniel was very helpful in arranging to have someone come by and clean immediately. It took a few hours but we were able to eat dinner and shop till the apartment was ready without much issue. Daniel, notified us once it was ready and refunded part of our stay. We greatly appreciated Daniel’s willingness to fix the situation. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would book again. – Caleb

Frisco is a great little town with cute shops and good places to eat. The condo is close to a gas station, a Walmart and a 2 grocery stores. Dillion Resevoir is only 2 blocks away and it is a beautiful lake with a paved trail perfect for walking or biking. Daniel’s condo is very clean and well equipped. The loft space is perfect for kids or adults. We would stay there again and would recommend it. – Kelly

This is a great condo for kids. Everything was durable and kid friendly. It was also very helpful that there was a bottle of lotion in every room and a humidifier for the dry mountain air! – Shana

Daniel’s place was clean, comfortable and equipped for our stay. We traveled during the mud season so there were very few other guests in the complex. Easy walk into town. Hot tub and sauna are shared but there were no other guests using them. Only one car allowed but overflow parking info was posted in the public area- we didn’t need it. Enjoy! – Anne

This cozy one bedroom condo is perfect for a getaway to Breck! A short walk through some trees takes you to the hill where you can ski down to the bus stop and then pick up the Gondola. We had three guys in the room and a fourth stayed one night and we were all comfortable. Also we walked to town everyday and it was very close! I recommend to anyone with 4 or less guests. – Michael

Daniel’s place is in a prime location right on Main Street in Frisco. Restaurants, bars, and shops are all conveniently located within walking distance. The hot tub is literally right outside the door to the condo. Inside is very spacious with lots of amenities. – Nicolle

The location was superb! The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc. We were also able to pick up the bus a few blocks from Daniel’s to take us to Copper. The attached garage is very convenient, but it was a tight squeeze for our car. If you do have an SUV, there’s plenty of street parking. – Jilian

Daniel’s place was perfect for our group of eights four day stay. Beautiful views and very cozy. It is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. Our group enjoyed being away from the busyness and tucked back into the mountains. The hot tub was an extra bonus after long days of skiing. Definitely recommend this cabin. This house is a beautiful mountain home with gorgeous views. I would highly recommend it for a trip with adults – it’s a great place to cook a meal, drink wine and sit in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful mountain scenery. I stayed with my baby toddler and it was a little challenging without baby gates as it’s three stories my baby is on the move. That said, Daniel does have a travel cot and baby chair available for use. Daniel was very responsive to questions before and throughout our stay. – Julia

This condo is in a great location by the mountain and has all the amenities you may need for a ski weekend. Quick walk to downtown too so you never need the car once you arrive. Communication with the host Daniel was excellent as well – he’s really on top of everything and was super quick to answer any questions we had. The hot tub was a great perk! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is conveniently located right in the heart of Frisco, near restaurants, shopping, etc. It was very clean and well appointed. We had 5 adults staying here for 3 nights and the apartment was plenty spacious for lounging around, cooking and playing board games. We were able to squeeze three people into the large king size bed in the master bedroom and 1 each into the two twin beds in the other bedroom. The couch in the living room is too small for sleeping if you are an adult, but would probably work for a child. The apartment has large windows with a view of the mountains which we all really loved. The area–Frisco and surrounding area–is the perfect place for a summer get away. We spent time canoeing on Dillion lake, biking on the myriad bike paths, hiking and sight seeing. We tried a number of restaurants in Frisco and they were all good. Our group favorite was Prosit, a German beer and sausage restaurant less than a block from the apartment. I would highly recommend this property and this location for anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and have a good time. – Jeff

We were literally seconds away from restaurants, shops, information center, and bike rental, all of which we used repeatedly! The house is a bit further from town than we expected, but the free bus takes you into town and is very convenient. If you want mountain views, you have to drive up the mountain to get them! The house and hot tub were very clean, beds were also extremely comfortable. Great for multiple families! Daniel and Petra respected our privacy all the while being great hosts. We loved staying in Daniel’s place. It was so close to the city that we were minutes from everything, but felt secluded because of the creek out back. We made dinner one night at the apartment and ate it on the picnic table by the creek–it was one of our favorite experiences. There was even the cutest chipmunk playing in the field of flowers while we sat on the back porch one morning; we couldn’t have asked for a prettier or sweeter spot. The beds were comfortable and just perfect for what we needed. We were delighted with our entire visit and highly recommend it. We’d love to make it back soon! Great place! Daniel’s 1 br condo was a perfect ski lodge. We could ski in/out from 4 o’clock and snowflake lift, which was still running on closing weekend. We could also walk to great bars/restaurants in town. Daniel was an excellent host, who communicated well and accommodated. It was such a great spot that we came back for a few days after breck was closed just to relax! – Owen

Daniel’s responses to all of our queries were prompt and helpful, and he was always accomodating – even offered us late check-out since his place wasn’t rented out for the night we left. The unit itself was exactly as described – we especially liked sitting on the porch looking out to the creek a few yards away, and just about the only noise we heard was the creek – very relaxing. And as Daniel says, downtown is just two blocks away. Nice! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has a full-size stove and refrigerator, which you don’t always find in Breckenridge – Christopher

It was a great deal, looked better than the pictures, and was super close to town. The backyard felt very much like home!
